Purpose

Fixes https://roadmap.entgra.net/issues/10462

• Generate an altered certificate from CSR for Windows enrollment similar to Android SCEP enrollment.
• Add util methods to get subject DN attribute and validate SCEP device.
• Add condition in the WebAppAuthenticationValve to check if the header contains 'Mdm-Signature' if so then no user permission is validated.
