AUTHORIZING SOR OR ITS AGENTS TO INSTALL, UPDATE AND REMOVE THE APPS FROM YOUR DEVICE AS DESCRIBED
IN THIS AGREEMENT. YOU ARE ALSO EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING THAT (1) THIS IS A BINDING
